Your Role

In this exciting role as Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and distributing tasks in our electrical department consisting of about 20 employees. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other colleagues within Saab Kockums Muskö, providing a unique insight into the various parts of the operation.

You will lead a well-functioning section, consisting of both permanent staff and hired subcontractors. Our focus is to ensure the functionality of the Swedish Navy's vessels through effective maintenance and rapid troubleshooting.

There are excellent opportunities to develop your skills as you will work with colleagues who possess high expertise in various areas. In this role, you will also have many contacts with different people within Saab Kockums and the Navy. You and your sections are an important part of the maintenance operations at Saab Kockums Muskö.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with solid experience in electrical work and thus has developed a good technical understanding of the field. Experience in marine maintenance work, shipyard work, or related industrial areas is advantageous but not a requirement.

We are looking for someone who either has experience leading a team or is ready to take the next step in their career towards a leadership role with a desire to develop in that direction. It is important that you have the drive and ability to lead and motivate others, create a positive work environment, and contribute to the team's success. As a person, you are goal-oriented and communicative with the ability to create structure and make effective decisions. You are also meticulous and have good administrative skills as you plan and follow up on completed tasks.
