We are looking for

We are looking for a licensed nurse with good knowledge of the Swedish language, at least C1 level, as well as good computer skills and experience in Cosmic. We consider it an advantage if you have further education as a district nurse or previous work experience in primary care or outpatient work.

We place great importance on personal qualities; as a person, you are flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances, you are service-oriented in your approach and have a problem-solving analytical ability to work with complex issues and problems. Furthermore, you are structured and plan and organize your work in the best way.

This is what you will work with

Hortlax Health Center has 9,900 registered patients. We work in teams with the patient at the center. The health center has regular outpatient work for doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nursing assistants. We have a psychosocial team consisting of care coordinators, psychologists, and social workers. Child health care and maternal health care are also provided. The urgent care is open daily. The tasks included in this position are varied, including outpatient work in urgent care or your own nurse reception, telephone advice, TeleQ, 1177, and the chat function platform 24. Participate in working groups for development at the health center.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position, with working hours scheduled during the day. Start date according to agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
