Safeman AB has a long and stable industrial history, founded in 1939 as a manufacturer of personal protective equipment. For many years, the business was primarily focused on the production of interior details for the automotive industry.

Today, Safeman is a modern industrial company with broad expertise in manufacturing and assembly. The business encompasses everything from custom-made details to larger volume units and fully assembled products for customers across the entire industry. The production is characterized by a high technical level, quality thinking, and close collaboration between technology and production.

In the role of CNC operator, you will primarily work with CNC milling in modern multi-operation machines. You will be an important part of the production and work in an environment where experience, precision, and improvement work are highly valued.

Working hours for the assignment are 06:00-14:48. Since Safeman AB is a company that strives for 2-shift work, it is important that you can work 2-shift if required in the future.

• Operation, monitoring, and setup of CNC milling machines 

• Programming and optimization in Siemens control systems 

• Work with Tebis offline programming 

• Measurement, quality control, and adjustments in production 

• Troubleshooting and improvement work in collaboration with technology and colleagues 

We are looking for someone who has: 

• Previous work experience as a CNC operator, focusing on milling 

• Experience in programming in Siemens control systems 

• Knowledge of Tebis offline programming 

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
