We at TopWork are currently looking for a CNC operator for a well-established industrial company in Olofström. The company operates within the manufacturing industry and has a modern production where quality, structure, and teamwork are an integral part of everyday life. Here, you will work in a technical environment alongside engaged colleagues and be an important part of the daily production flow.

As a CNC operator, you will work practically in production with a focus on precision and quality. You will be responsible for ensuring that the machines run efficiently and that the parts meet the correct dimensions and standards. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and other functions in production.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Setting up, rigging, and operating CNC machines (milling and/or turning)
• Monitoring machines during production
• Measuring and inspecting parts according to drawings and specifications
• Reading technical drawings and working from technical documentation
• Making minor adjustments and performing some preventive maintenance
• Participating in improvement and quality work

• Has experience as a CNC operator or relevant education in industry/CNC
• Is proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Is detail-oriented and has a strong quality mindset
• Is responsible, flexible, and enjoys working in a team

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with various control systems, such as Fanuc or Heidenhain
• Worked in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of measurement technology and quality control

The position is full-time and involves rotating 2-shift work. Daytime work may also be relevant.
