We are now looking for new sales representatives in Telemarketing on behalf of a client.
About the Company
The company is a leader in the sale of IT and Telecom solutions. They operate as a reseller for all major players in IT and Telecom. The company has been in business for over 20 years and operates throughout Sweden.
About the Position
You will be in contact with companies ranging from 5 to 100 employees to review and optimize their IT and Telecom solutions such as computers, phones, internet, etc. You will build your own customer database which you will then work on as they grow. After about two years, you will spend 90% of your time with your existing customers.
You will use the phone and computer as your working tools, and your meetings will mainly take place via video conference. Once you are comfortable in your role, you will have a customer scheduler who books meetings for you so you can focus on sales.
The Job as a Sales Representative
To succeed as a sales representative, you need to be outgoing and enjoy talking to people. Since the job is performance-based, it is also an advantage if you are competitive and enjoy challenges. You will create and present quotes for customers, so you need to have basic knowledge of Office and enjoy finding good solutions for both the customer and the company.
Qualifications
We expect you to have worked at least 6 months in sales previously. We are looking for someone who enjoys making contact with new people, is driven, and contributes positive energy. Being fluent in Swedish is a requirement.
Salary
The salary is based on a fixed salary of 35,000 plus commission. The salary increases to 55,000 when you meet your budget. The average salary for a new sales representative is between 35,000 - 40,000.
