Job Responsibilities

The job in home care involves providing individually tailored support and care to people in their homes, where you create security and improve their daily lives. The role suits you if you enjoy a varied job where no two days are alike and where you contribute with precision and efficiency to high quality in every effort. Your tasks will also include administering medication as delegated by a nurse. You will work closely with a team of various professionals to create the best possible conditions for the clients. Part of your work will involve documenting according to the Social Services Act in the Pulsen Combine system.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people. Furthermore, you should have:

• Relevant experience.
• Good digital skills and can handle phones, apps, computers, and programs without issues, as well as the ability to quickly learn new digital systems and tools as needed.
• Completed and can present grades in Swedish at least equivalent to grade 9.

It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant and have a Swedish B driver's license. As a person, you are secure and stable, treat others with respect and attentiveness, and work in a structured manner with the ability to adapt when situations change. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal competencies.
