Benders Group is one of the leading manufacturers in the construction sector in the Nordic region. The company's headquarters is located in Edsvära in the heart of Västergötland, and subsidiaries exist in 6 countries. The Bender family has owned and led the company since 1960, and today we have about 650 employees and generate approximately 2.5 billion SEK in revenue per year.

In Edsvära, our journey began with concrete roof tiles over 60 years ago, and today we are proud to be a leading player in the industry.

With about 50 employees in production and warehousing, we produce approximately 80,000 concrete roof tiles per day – and now we are looking for another dedicated colleague who wants to join us on our journey!

Job Responsibilities

As an employee with us, you will be an important part of our production chain. Your work will include manufacturing, painting, packing, and quality inspection.

Profile

The job does not require any specific vocational training, but we prefer that you have:

• Industrial high school education (meritorious).
• Experience in production, warehousing, or industry (meritorious).
• Previous experience in the concrete industry (extra meritorious).

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who shows commitment and responsibility in their work. You are meticulous, involved, and have your own drive. As a person, you are a quick learner, practically oriented, and have the ability to see what needs to be done. We also see that you enjoy working both independently and in a team, contributing to a positive atmosphere and good results within the team.

Requirements

• At least an AM driver's license
• Forklift license is meritorious

The position is a full-time employment, and the start date is as soon as possible by agreement. The employment is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
