The Role of Process Operator Asphalt 

As a process operator with us, you will participate in the production of asphalt and the daily operations of the asphalt plant. Repair and maintenance work occurs daily. The normal season for asphalt production is between April and December, with the remaining time dedicated to maintenance. During the season, working hours may vary as we have production almost around the clock.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have experience in similar tasks, preferably from the manufacturing industry. To succeed in this role, you must be proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have a driving license for wheel loaders, welding skills, and repair knowledge.

As a person, you are service-oriented, organized, responsible, independent, and outgoing. You understand the importance of building good relationships both internally and externally. You are flexible and somewhat stress-resistant. It is important to us that you align with NCC's values of honesty, respect, and trust.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent full-time employment. A probationary period will apply. The location is in Gothenburg, Kärra at NCC's Asphalt Plant. A B driver's license is required. 

 In accordance with NCC's safety culture, we conduct background checks and alcohol and drug tests on our final candidates.
