We are now looking for an experienced Operations Technician for an operations and maintenance assignment with a client in the automotive industry in Lundby. You will be part of an engaged team and have the opportunity to work both independently and together with colleagues in a dynamic and developing environment.

As an operations technician, you will be responsible for the supervision and maintenance of the properties' operational systems and primarily carry out corrective maintenance within heating, ventilation, as well as control and regulation technology. You will participate in long-term planned maintenance and work on optimizing the property's systems. In addition, you will contribute with improvements, documentation, and project-based work that goes beyond the standard agreement. The role also involves participation in various customer projects, where you actively drive improvements both internally and towards the customer.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a technical education and at least five years of experience in property management, with knowledge in control & regulation, electrical systems, HVAC, and refrigeration (advanced knowledge in ventilation is a plus). You have a B driver's license and preferably have crane, lift, and forklift licenses, Hot Work certification, and Fall Protection training, communicate fluently in Swedish and English, and have basic IT skills.

You take responsibility, enjoy technical work, and can coordinate between customers, colleagues, and suppliers. You have drive and integrity, are proactive, and make suggestions that contribute to development, while keeping track of the situation and can work both preventively and reactively in a dynamic production environment.

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period, full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime.
