About the Job

Do you have warehouse experience in hardware trade, workshop storage, and/or repair workshop, as well as a B driver's license? Do you want to help keep Gothenburg moving? Then you could be our new warehouse employee!

As a warehouse employee, you will belong to our Material Supply Unit along with six other warehouse employees, three operational purchasers, a Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) representative, and a warehouse supervisor.

Our goal is to ensure spare parts supply according to a long-term maintenance plan and to ensure parts on-site in the workshops through material preparation for received picking lists, stock replenishment, and inventory counts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Staff the stores within the Vehicle and Operational Assurance department in Gothenburg
• Handle incoming deliveries, including goods reception, receiving inspection, and freight documentation
• Quality assurance during incoming inspection with batch and serial number
• Control of traceability documents, archiving in PDF in the maintenance system against batch/serial number
• Monitor batch handling in the warehouse, including storage, transfers, and withdrawals
• Manage outgoing deliveries to external suppliers with associated transport bookings and documentation
• Picking materials according to lists with regard to batches for increased quality and traceability
• Manage maintenance/warehouse systems by recording all transactions
• Perform incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as warehouse transfers to secure stock levels
• Manage storage locations and perform inventories at regular intervals
• Control and manage waste handling, order emptying of containers, and maintain general order in warehouse premises
• Forklift and possible truck transport during loading/unloading and movement within the operation
• Customer and distribution contacts

The working hours are mainly during the day, and you will work at our various warehouses in the city depending on operational needs. Initially, you will be placed at Rantorget and Ringön. Other depots may occur if there is a need for operations.

About You

We are looking for someone who is driven and takes responsibility for their own and shared tasks. You take your work seriously, initiate progress, are keen to complete what you start, and ensure it is done correctly. You are also meticulous and ensure that your work is performed accurately and thoroughly, maintaining high quality. The position involves many social contacts, so you need to have good collaboration skills and a willingness to work together with others. As you work in a team, you care about a respectful work climate, contribute engagement and enthusiasm, and collaborate to achieve the best possible results for the organization.

You also have:

• Completed high school education
• Swedish B driver's license
• Warehouse experience, preferably in hardware trade, workshop storage, and/or repair workshop
• Experience working in warehouse and/or maintenance systems
• Understanding of traceability
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from warehouses with barcode management
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel
• Swedish C driver's license and YKB
• Forklift license

Our proposed salary range for the position is 31,500 to 33,900 SEK. The final salary depends on how well the requirements for the position are met.
