We at La Takvård Östergötland/Södermanland are now looking for several colleagues to work with us in roof care as performers!

PERFORMERS:

As a performer at LA Takvård, you have a central role in the company. Therefore, we set high demands on you as a performer regarding accuracy, problem-solving, efficiency, and that you always work to exceed customer expectations. The performers are those who work closest to the end customer and are thus the company's face to the outside world.

Job Description:

The role of a performer with us means that you perform roof care in a correct and safe manner, and contact with the customer is a central part of the work. As a performer, you are responsible for ensuring that the customer is met in a professional and accommodating manner. It is also the performer's responsibility to ensure that the vehicles and equipment used are intact and clean, and that materials are maintained according to applicable instructions.

Competencies:

As a performer, you should be flexible and enjoy solving problems. The social contact with customers is important, and therefore we want you to see it as a challenge to always exceed customer expectations. Promoting good collaboration among other employees and always behaving positively and coaching is highly valued by us. You should be able to express yourself well in Swedish.

This is a very physical job, and you should not be afraid of heights!
