About the Role

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES

The role of warehouse employee at DC involves delivering the best service and thus contributing to a great customer experience in all our stores. You will play an important role in achieving this efficiently with a focus on sustainability and quality, always in accordance with H&M's values, policies, and safety procedures.

You will handle incoming and outgoing goods daily, in a work environment where you are responsible for order and cleanliness and a well-functioning product care.

You will work with the team to ensure an efficient production flow by daily following our working methods and routines within one or more of these areas:

• unloading and sorting boxes that arrive daily from trucks or containers
• picking and allocating the correct number of products to our stores
• loading and transporting our products to our stores
• internal handling of goods

WHO WE ARE - DC ESKILSTUNA

From H&M's distribution center in Svista, Eskilstuna, goods are distributed to all H&M stores in Sweden, Norway, Iceland, and Denmark. We currently have about 400 employees working to supply 310 stores with goods.

We have undergone extensive expansion. We have renovated and expanded our premises. We have also installed automation to modernize our operations and offer a future-proof logistics solution.

Additionally

• We want you to have basic knowledge of Swedish
• Forklift license (A1-A5 and B1-B5) is an advantage but not a requirement
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You need to be able to work full-time with varying hours between 06:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday.

We are now looking for more warehouse employees to join our team! All positions are full-time with shift work (day and evening), including weekends. The employment is covered by the Warehouse and E-commerce Agreement.

We are currently recruiting for two types of temporary employment and therefore ask you to be clear in the selection questions regarding which period you are interested in:

1. Summer temporary employment (tentatively week 25–32)
2. Longer temporary employment starting tentatively in early April and ending week 35.

ABOUT THE PROCESS
