We build and manage rental properties at a fast pace, and our projects range from Copenhagen in the south to Gävle in the north. What we offer:

In the role of site manager, you will have the opportunity to drive exciting construction projects from approved building permits to completed buildings. You coordinate the entire process and are responsible for everything from design and procurement to daily management on site. You will be out in production at least four days a week, where your presence makes a difference for both the team and the project's success. We welcome applicants from the construction industry, as practical experience in production is a great advantage.

Your mission:

• Responsible for design coordination and procurement of subcontractors.
• Operationally lead and manage partners and suppliers on site.
• Ensure that projects stay within budget, schedule, and with high quality.
• Drive progress with a focus on quality, safety, and work environment.
• Manage authority contacts for district heating, water and sewage, electricity, and fiber.
• Lead construction meetings and ensure success up to final inspection and handover.
• Be a central part of our experienced team and report to the regional manager for the west.

We are looking for you who:

You have a post-secondary education in construction and civil engineering and have worked with larger construction contracts. You are used to juggling many tasks, have an eye for cost control, and a helicopter perspective on the work environment. Experience in contract law and scheduling is a big plus, and you enjoy being operational on the construction site. You are solution-oriented, structured, and like to work in a fast-paced environment.
