As a waste collection driver at SSAM, you play an important role in daily environmental work. Your main tasks include:

• Collecting waste from households and businesses in the municipality of Älmhult.
• Meeting customers with a friendly and professional approach – you are an important ambassador for SSAM in your interactions with residents.

The employment period is from June to August. Working hours are during the day, with some readiness for work on weekends and public holidays.

This job is suitable for you who want to contribute to a more sustainable society while working outdoors with freedom under responsibility.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Is responsible, service-oriented, and flexible.
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working both independently and in a team.
• Has good physical fitness, as the work is physically demanding.

Requirements:

• At least a C driver's license
• Digital tachograph card
• Valid YKB (Professional Competence Certificate)
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in waste management or similar service occupations
• CE driver's license
• Computer skills
