Nordic Surrogacy is the leading surrogacy and fertility company in the Nordics. We are now looking for a coordinator for our office in central Stockholm.

As a coordinator, you will be the primary contact for prospective parents who have started their surrogacy journey with us.

• You coordinate and guide throughout the entire process.
• You have daily contact with clinics, lawyers, egg donor agencies, and coordinators at our destinations.
• You ensure the highest standards of service and information.

We work at a fast pace, where flexibility and structure are crucial. Training takes place in an integrated and team-oriented manner with guidance. Working hours are primarily office hours (9-5), but some flexibility is needed depending on time zones.

Who are you?

• You have post-secondary education and experience in healthcare, service, or similar fields.
• You have a developed ability to work with digital systems.
• Your prominent traits are structured, methodical, self-driven, communicative, relationship-building, pedagogical, meticulous, responsible, and empathetic.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Advanced knowledge of Spanish and French is a plus.
