Job description:

This position consists of configuring computers, installing software, and assembling hardware.

If necessary, the work may also include warehouse tasks such as picking goods, managing incoming and outgoing deliveries, sorting, and possibly driving a forklift.

Previous experience in technical work or relevant studies is a requirement, while previous experience in warehouse work is an advantage. Since the position involves physical work, you should be in good physical shape.

To thrive in this position, you should be a curious, unpretentious, flexible, and driven person who can work independently. You should also be able to work in a team. Furthermore, we see that you have previous experience from technical work or relevant studies. It is also important that you can see the bigger picture in your work and that you are organized and meticulous as the computers go directly to the customer.

Qualifications:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• Documented experience in technical work.
• Basic knowledge of configuration and administration of networks.
• Experience with client management programs such as SCCM, Lansweeper, or Apple Configurator.
• Good knowledge of Linux and Mac OSX.
• Good knowledge in the area of smartphones/tablets (iOS/Android).
• Forklift license.

Meritorious:

• Previous work experience in a warehouse.
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
