Operations Technician

Would you like to work in a modern property environment with newly built apartment buildings and technically advanced installations? We are now looking for an operations technician for our client in Malmö who wants to take overall responsibility for the operation, optimization, and supervision of properties with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

About the role

You will work closely with housing cooperatives and community associations and be responsible for the daily operation of technical installations and maintenance. The role is varied and combines technology, problem-solving, and service.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supervision and operation optimization of the properties' technical systems
• Troubleshooting in heating, ventilation, plumbing, electricity, and control systems
• Monitoring of operational alarms and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulatory requirements
• Work orders, reporting, and material handling via mobile
• Contribute with improvement suggestions and operational measures

Your profile

• Post-secondary technical education in property/technology or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of control and monitoring systems
• Accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility
• Service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused
• Good Swedish, basic English, and a B driver's license
