• Have completed high school education (preferably with a sales and service program, formerly Trade and Administration, or similar education).

• Have a few years of experience in retail.

• Have good language skills in Swedish and English.

• Are at least 18 years old.

Your role as a store salesperson:

As a store salesperson, your mission is to provide a fantastic customer experience. You help our customers find the best products and solutions for their needs. More specifically, you will;

• Welcome and assist customers in a proactive and friendly manner.

• Help customers find the right products and provide product knowledge.

• Work at the checkout and support the flow of goods through replenishment and inventory management.

• Contribute to developing customer interactions and store routines.

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a strong team spirit.
