We are looking for well-educated staff with suitable experience who can translate advanced treatment knowledge into daily environmental therapy. Structures and methods are well established – you provide the content of the process.

GrödbyGården is a treatment home for parents and their children. The goal of the operation is to deepen the relationship between them, to help the parent understand their child's various developmental needs, and to learn to adequately meet these needs. We integrate the ego-strengthening environmental therapy with individual psychotherapy.

We have established a healthy corporate culture, where the staff group is client- and work-oriented. GrödbyGården is a flat organization – short distance to management. Client participation is important to achieve treatment and investigation goals. You will be part of a team of 5 therapists, receive regular external supervision, and have various resource persons who contribute to us achieving the goals in the implementation plan together.
