JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for you who want to work as a nursing assistant or caregiver in our operations this summer. We offer a meaningful job where you can make a difference in the daily lives of care recipients.

We can offer work during the holiday period weeks 26 - 33. There are great opportunities to work before or after the end of the period. We are also looking for temporary substitutes who can work parts of the summer.

We offer a bonus of 7000 SEK (before tax deductions) to those who work at least 240 hours between weeks 25 - 34. (Sickness or other absence is not included in the bonus-qualifying hours)

The job responsibilities include helping the care recipient in their daily life with everything it entails. In addition to assisting with hygiene, care, and household chores, you should be there to socialize and add a touch of gold to their existence. The work includes documentation according to legislation.

We are looking for substitutes for:

• Special Housing
  Also known as elderly care, located in several different places in the municipality (Järpen, Mörsil, Kall, Hallen, and Duved).
• Home Care/Night Patrol
  In home care, you provide service and care to the elderly and sick in their own homes. You travel between assignments using a service vehicle. You can also work night shifts with the night patrol.

QUALIFICATIONS

In the role of nursing assistant or caregiver, it is important to be attentive, flexible, and genuinely interested in people. You should be able to see, listen, and confirm the people you meet.

Collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment among colleagues is a given for you. You should be able to read, speak, and express yourself in writing in Swedish fluently. If you have experience and/or education in care, it is an advantage. In home care/night patrol, a driver's license is required.
