Combat Leader to the Swedish Armed Forces

Main Responsibilities
As a combat leader, you will be part of the unit management. The unit is in growth and development, which will continue for several years. The unit's tasks are to solve military assignments in high-risk environments.
Your responsibilities will include planning and execution related to unit development, training, and production. The work involves coordination within the unit and with other parts of the organization. As a combat leader, you will work closely with the unit commander. You are expected to take significant responsibility for your tasks as you may sometimes need to work independently. You are a central person who values team spirit and specialist knowledge in your position. The work includes training activities and will eventually involve standby duty. Since the position is physically demanding, good physical fitness is required. We cannot guarantee facilities free from dust or fur.

Qualifications
- Swedish citizen.
- Specialist officer exam, SO 7
- Driving license B.
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
Medical Requirements:

Meritorious
- Previous service in ground combat.
- Previous experience working in company or squadron leadership.
- Experience as an instructor in ground combat with in-depth weapon systems.
- Training and experience in conducting security clearance interviews.
- Previously completed international missions.
- Experience in leadership and planning within training and competence development.
- Previous experience in unit development.
- Good physical condition.
Other
- The employment is a full-time permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period for those not currently employed by the Swedish Armed Forces.
- Travel in service may occur.
- Start date: By agreement
