Seasonal Cemetery Worker

We are looking for a seasonal cemetery worker who will work outdoors at our cemeteries with tasks such as lawn mowing, weed removal, planting, assisting in grave digging, and other tasks that occur at a burial site.

As a person, you need to have good physical fitness. Be structured, flexible, and responsible. We value good social skills, a sense of vegetation, and cultural environments. We would prefer that you have education and experience in similar work.

Qualifications

• Experience from work at a cemetery, in a park environment, or similar.
• Good experience with the vehicles, machines, and tools required for the profession.
• Experience in property maintenance and basic upkeep.
• Good computer skills, as we use digital tools.

Torshälla is beautifully located by Lake Mälaren, about an hour's drive from Stockholm. Approximately 10,000 people live here, of which around 5,200 are members of the Church of Sweden. The parish has a beautiful medieval church, a chapel, and two cemeteries.
