Tärnö Säteri in Vrena, Nyköping municipality, is home to one of Sweden's largest indoor arenas for training and competition in equestrian sports. Here we focus on quality, horse welfare, and sustainability – and now we are looking for two dedicated individuals to join our team!

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a competition groom and/or home groom – depending on your experience and ambition. With us, you will have a central role in a professional stable with high ambitions and strong team spirit.

About the roles:

Here we divide the responsibility for the daily operations in the stable. Planning, leading staff, horse welfare, and routines. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who have been part of our team for several years. Together, you will build team spirit and share responsibilities based on your own interests and competencies. Accommodation is available on the farm.

As a competition groom and home groom, you will attend national and international competitions, be responsible for the care of the horses, packing, and preparations – both at home and at competitions. You will work closely with our stable manager to learn our routines regarding the stable and our horse management.

We are looking for someone who:

Has documented experience working in a high-level stable

Is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys both independent and team work

Has good horse handling skills and an understanding of young horse training

Is structured, positive, and communicative

Has a B driver's license (BE, C, or CE is a plus)

Does not plan to bring their own horse
