ValueOne is recruiting a Production Manager for the Packaging Line at ESSVE AB. The role entails overall responsibility for the efficient and qualitative operation of ESSVE's packaging line in Ulricehamn, focusing on both internal and external production. The position is based on-site in Ulricehamn and is expected to start as agreed.

About the role

As the Production Manager for the Packaging Line, you will have overall responsibility for ESSVE's packaging line in Ulricehamn, where we pack our well-known green ESSBox with screws and nails. The role focuses on ensuring efficient and qualitative production in both internal and external packaging flows. The aim is to optimize productivity and working environment through continuous improvements while leading the team and developing processes to meet the company's goals.

• Be responsible for the daily operation of the packaging line and achieve set goals for productivity, profitability, and quality.
• Lead and develop machine operators and ensure a good working environment in the production facility.
• Plan and follow up on production both in the short and long term, including capacity planning.
• Identify and implement improvements in the production process and system solutions.
• Ensure correct production parameters and costs in the business system.
• Be responsible for preventive maintenance, service, and support agreements for production equipment.
• Manage the operational contract production flow, including contact with and follow-up of contract suppliers.
• Follow up and analyze productivity and quality outcomes for both internal and external packaging.
• Participate operationally in production if necessary, for example, during the absence of a regular operator.

As a manager at ESSVE, you are also part of our management network at ESSVE, where we meet regularly to develop leadership skills and discuss and advance the company. You will also receive training in leadership.

Experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in production responsibility, preferably from packing/repacking and warehouse operations. Experience in maintenance and corrective actions is also a merit. You have good business system skills (preferably with Dynamics 365 and Astro), are proficient in MS Office/Excel, and communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
