On behalf of our client, we are now looking for someone who is driven, loves to work independently, and wants to use their physical strength in their daily work. Do you also have a technical interest? Perfect!

Our client is Sweden's leading manufacturer in the industry. Approximately 150 people work at the workplace in various industrial elements and logistics.

The role of production worker is both fun and at times challenging. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Monitoring machines
• Bit change
• Packing parts according to instructions
• Starting and stopping auxiliary equipment
• Quality assurance
• Some forklift driving may occur

• Good machine and workshop experience
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Technical competence
• CNC training, workshop mechanical training, industrial technology training, or equivalent competence deemed relevant by the employer
• Previous experience working with metal or similar materials
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Driver's license and access to a car

To succeed in this assignment, it is important that you feel a strong commitment to your work. Additionally, you are proactive and have a good ability to work independently. Since communication is an important part of the job, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language. As a person, you are driven and positive, contributing to a good atmosphere in the group. You are happy to take initiative and show commitment by supporting your colleagues in their tasks when the opportunity arises.

For this position, you will be employed by OnePartnerGroup in Borås and leased to the client company with good chances of permanent employment with the client.
