We are looking for a committed and responsible Site Manager within cleaning services for our operations in Västerås. The role includes both operational and administrative responsibilities and is suitable for someone with experience in cleaning services and team leadership.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our assignments are carried out with high quality and in accordance with agreements. You will act as the main point of contact between customers, staff, and management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and follow up daily cleaning operations
  • Staff responsibility, including scheduling and staffing
  • Introduction and training of new employees
  • Quality assurance and inspections
  • Customer contact and handling deviations
  • Ordering and follow-up of materials and equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with work environment and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Experience in cleaning services, preferably in a supervisory or coordinating role
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Driving license (Category B) is an advantage
