Recycling Worker – Evening Shift (Full-time)

Location: Sollentuna

Employment Type: Permanent via Bemano AB

Working Hours: Constant evening, full-time (40 hours/week)

About the Assignment:

Bemano AB is looking for a dedicated and technically oriented employee for an assignment with one of Sweden's most established companies in industrial recycling. The company is a recognized player in the environmental field and has long developed effective methods for managing and refining industrial waste with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility. You will work in a technically advanced environment where both manual and mechanical tasks are included. The position is primarily scheduled for constant evening shifts, but during certain periods, work may temporarily shift to daytime depending on the needs of the business.

Background Check – Criminal Record

For certain assignments within recycling, an extract from the criminal record may be requested, depending on the nature of the tasks. The extract is ordered by the applicant themselves and shown to the employer. No copies, registrations, or documentation of the content are made – only a note that the extract has been shown is recorded. This is done in accordance with applicable legislation and guidance from the Police Authority and the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Placement

Sollentuna municipality, with the possibility of working at several recycling stations in the surrounding area.

Qualifications

• Good physical condition and willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Punctual, responsible, and cooperative
• Experience from similar work is an advantage
• Driving license B is a plus

Job Responsibilities

- Sorting of industrial materials, both manually and with the help of mechanical equipment

- Forklift driving within the facility (advantageous with forklift license), however, machine operation experience is required for operating work vehicles

- Refilling materials in grinding systems and monitoring process flow

- Replacing technical components such as screens

- Daily maintenance and basic servicing of machinery

- Following established work routines and safety regulations

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The work is physically demanding and involves standing work, with heavy lifting occurring intermittently throughout the workday in an industrial environment. We prefer that applicants are in good physical health.
