About the position

We are looking for window cleaners for full-time work for our client in Stockholm. In this role, you will work independently and in a team to deliver clean and safe window solutions to both private and corporate clients. You will be part of a stable operation where quality, service, and security are the focus.

• Perform window cleaning both inside and outside on villas, apartments, and commercial properties

• Use the right chemicals and techniques for different surfaces and glass solutions

• Work at heights using safe working methods and approved aids (ladders, lifts, or rope techniques when needed)

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute daily jobs efficiently

• Communicate with customers in a professional and service-oriented manner

• Ensure that the workplace is left clean and that waste is handled correctly

• Previous experience in window cleaning or similar craftsmanship

• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of working safely at heights and following occupational safety regulations

• Driver's license B is an advantage as the position may involve travel between sites

• Service-oriented, meticulous, and responsible attitude

• Experience working with lifts or rope techniques

• Training or certification in occupational safety or fall protection

• Knowledge of cleaning agents and surface protection for different materials
