Backluraskolan is a F-6 school with approximately 460 students and about 65 staff members.

The school is located in a scenic area of Hässelby Norra Villastad. Backluraskolan is led by a principal, deputy principal, and administrative manager. In grades F–3, we have three classes in each grade, and in grades 4–6, we have two classes in each grade. Your role

In your role as a preschool teacher at Backluraskolan, you will work in our preschool class with your main assignment in the after-school program. During the school day, you will participate as support for students and classroom teachers in schoolwork, and during break and after-school time, you will be responsible for conducting meaningful activities for the students in relation to the curriculum for preschool class.

Your working hours will vary between days and may include opening or closing shifts.

The position is a full-time temporary position for the spring term, lasting until June 12 at the latest. There may be a possibility of extension during the autumn term.

We offer a salary in relation to competence and experience.

Your competence and experience

We are primarily looking for a qualified preschool teacher; it is an advantage if you have experience working in preschool classes or after-school programs. You should:

• be able to plan and lead activities related to the curriculum for preschool class
• have good contact with guardians
• have a good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish
• have a low-affect approach and a belief that children do right when they can
• be relational in your approach
• have good collaboration skills
