Do you want to help shape the smart buildings of the future in Gotland?

At InControls, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology in property automation and contribute to energy-efficient solutions that make a difference – both for our customers and for the environment. We are a locally owned company that is a market leader in Gotland, and we are now looking for someone who wants to grow with us in a team where commitment and development are at the center.

Your role

As a technician in control and regulation technology, you will be a key person in our work with the installation, operation, and service of control and regulation systems. You will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and suppliers and help create smart, sustainable solutions for the buildings of the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and service.
  • Customer contact and collaboration with suppliers and partners.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering or HVAC.

As a person, you are curious and interested in technology, enjoy solving problems, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. You work in a structured and meticulous way, take responsibility for your tasks, and keep things organized. At the same time, you are social and relationship-building, which makes you thrive in customer contact and teamwork. You are results-oriented and driven by delivering solutions that make a difference.
