Lärarförmedlarna is the largest provider of substitute teachers in Sweden. We have agreements with many schools and preschools and a variety of exciting assignments to work with! Right now, we are looking for you who want to work in assignments in preschool, as a class teacher in lower or middle school, or as a subject teacher in upper secondary school, gymnasium, and adult education. Together, we will find out which subjects and grades suit you best!

How Lärarförmedlarna works

With Lärarförmedlarna, work life becomes easier! You can work from preschool to adult education, a lot or a little, often or rarely. Assignments last from a few weeks up to a term (Do you want to work on shorter assignments or just a few days? Then we recommend our sister company; Pamoja). You are always matched to your best assignment and never have to compete with colleagues for jobs. It's safe for both you and the school.

How the job works

As a substitute teacher, your job includes planning and conducting lessons. Additionally, it involves communication with colleagues and parents.

You can easily manage the job in our user-friendly app. You also always have a personal contact with our support team who assists you when you need it - before, during, and after work. You work securely with a collective agreement. Of course, you will receive a proper introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to know?

Our clients love our staff! Therefore, we are meticulous in our recruitment. → You need to be a qualified teacher or have other relevant education.

→ You need to have experience in teaching, assessment, and evaluation.

→ You are a skilled educator who understands that the job also involves inspiring and motivating.

→ You need to speak and write Swedish (or in some cases English), and have a valid extract from the criminal record.

→ You should want to be a role model for everyone you meet. Smart and kind, simply :)
