We employ nursing assistants, nurses, doctors, and administrative staff. We work in care teams with close collaboration between nursing staff and doctors, where each employee is an important part of the whole. The Urgent Care Center at Södertälje Hospital receives children and adults from 08:00 to 22:00 every day of the week, all year round. We receive 90-120 patients of all ages daily, with everything from wounds and uncomplicated fractures to respiratory symptoms. The Urgent Care Center is integrated into the emergency department's facilities.

Nurse for the Urgent Care Center at Södertälje Hospital:

As a nurse, you will perform assessments both independently and together with other professionals in the team. You will also be responsible for nursing actions, medication administration, and sampling. You will be employed within the emergency care area but will only serve at the urgent care center and in the reception, which creates variation in the work.

Your qualifications:

Requirements:
- Licensed nurse with the right to practice within Swedish healthcare.
- At least three years of experience working as a licensed nurse in emergency care.

Meritorious:
- District nurse education.
- Specialist education in pediatrics.
- Prescribing rights.
- Experience working as a nurse in urgent care/health center.

Employment form:

Permanent employment, full-time or as agreed.

As a nurse in a 24/7 operation, working time agreements apply with the possibility of retention bonuses (in time) and shortened weekly working hours for night work. If you work compressed weekends and more scheduled nights, you also have the opportunity for additional earned time that can be taken out as time off, money, or pension contributions.
