About us: Sörgården is a special accommodation for individuals focusing on psychiatry and co-occurring substance use disorders, located in the picturesque Ålem church village, just a few kilometers from Kalmarsund. We strive to create a home-like and supportive atmosphere where each individual receives the care and respect they need. Our focus is on adapting the accommodation and care interventions to each individual's unique needs and circumstances.

Operational methods: We utilize evidence-based methods such as ESL (An Independent Life), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), twelve-step treatment (individual conversations), and motivational interviewing to ensure high-quality care. Together, we work to create individual solutions that promote well-being and independence.

Your role: As a temporary and vacation substitute nurse with us, you will have significant medical responsibility and a key role in care. You will collaborate with the contact person to support the resident in achieving their goals. You will also have leadership responsibilities in your position in collaboration with the operations manager.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience in psychiatric care.
• Nursing license and further education in psychiatry.
• Driving license (B).
