N-CLEAN is looking for part-time / extra staff as needed or during holidays, cleaners for Arlanda. In the role of cleaner, you will plan, execute, follow up, and ensure the quality of cleaning in the assigned area. Cleaners involve customer contact, which places high demands on the sense of service with care, which is also MIAB group's guiding principle.

Arlanda is an exciting workplace that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so it will therefore require that you have the opportunity to work both days, evenings, and nights.

The Swedish language is a requirement, as you must be able to speak, read, and communicate in simple language.

To work at Arlanda, Swedish citizenship is required. Airports are a security-classified operation, so all candidates will need to undergo a security check. See more information below about what this entails.

About you

You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You find it easy to work both individually and in a group. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning. SRY or equivalent education is an advantage.

Work experience Requirement 1 – 2 years of experience

Languages Swedish (required), English (advantageous)

Competencies Professional certificate SRY or Professional certificate PRYL (advantageous)

Experience working in protected objects (advantageous)

Machine experience (advantageous)

Insta (advantageous)

IT skills (advantageous previous work in Tork Vision Cleaning, Quinyx, Avista)

What does security screening mean?

Airports are a security-classified operation, so all candidates undergo a background check.

An airport is a protected object, and when working at an airport, you must undergo a security screening before employment begins.

A security screening consists of several steps:

• You will submit certificates/grades that verify what you have done in the last five years and provide two references.

• Security interview. During the security interview, we will look at what you have done in the last five years, your financial situation, your family situation, and other relevant parts for a security-classified job.

• As a final step in the security screening, Swedavia will send a background check to the Transport Agency. It is SÄPO that conducts background checks of individuals placed in security class in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
