About the Position

We are currently looking for industrial workers for a business in the Katrineholm area. This assignment is aimed at those who want to work in a stable industrial environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are prioritized. Working hours may vary, and shift work may occur depending on the department and production pace.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Monitoring and operation of machines or production lines
• Assembly, packing, or quality control
• Restocking materials and basic maintenance

• Collaboration with colleagues and reporting to management

• Have previous experience in industry, production, or warehousing (meritorious but not required)
• Be flexible and able to work different hours as needed

• Have a good work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Have a forklift license
• Have a technical interest
