Our team works with managing our customers' goods, handling all warehouse management tasks such as inbound, outbound, and inventory maintenance, etc. We have a diverse team with various ages, nationalities, backgrounds, and experiences. We are looking for someone who complements our team and helps us exceed our customers' expectations together.

About the Role

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team in daily production. You will be present in the operational work and actively work to improve and streamline the production flow. In this role, you will lead, coach, and follow up with your employees to ensure engagement, well-being, and performance. You will be responsible for personnel issues, staffing, and tracking results and KPIs within your own group. The administrative aspects related to personnel and results are a natural part of your leadership. You will report to the Shift Manager and collaborate with other departments to create stable and effective flows in production. The role requires clear, present, and coaching leadership, where structure, communication, and responsibility are central.

About You

You have experience in personnel responsibility, at least 2 years. You enjoy leading staff. You have high engagement and self-drive. As a leader, you are passionate about creating a good work environment, and finding new paths and solutions is no problem for you, as you have strong analytical skills. As a person, you are proactive and can work in a fast-paced environment on many fronts simultaneously; you are structured and clear in your expectations, feedback, and communication with your employees. You enjoy setting clear goals and effectively communicating these to your teams. Experience in similar tasks is a plus. You have good computer skills, especially with the Office suite, and strong proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Personal qualities and experience will be highly valued.
