We are looking for an engaged project manager in construction and real estate who wants to lead and drive construction and renovation projects from start to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, execution, budget, and follow-up, as well as ensuring quality, control, and efficiency in the project.

About the role

As a project manager, you are responsible for projects throughout their lifecycle — from feasibility studies and design to procurement, construction, and handover to management. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction and renovation projects from start to completion.
• Be responsible for planning, budget, and follow-up of the project's time, economy, and quality.
• Prepare documentation for procurement and follow-up of suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor workplace safety, security, and environmental requirements at the construction site.
• Communicate with tenants, operational managers, and other stakeholders as needed.

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in project management within construction, real estate, or related fields.
• Is confident in driving projects independently and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Has a good understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and quality monitoring.
• Has relevant education in construction, engineering, or property management — or equivalent experience.
• Thrives in a changing environment and finds solutions to complex challenges.
