Toyota Sydost in Västervik is now looking for a Customer Receptionist / Technician for a varied and responsible position at the heart of the business.

About the position

This is a shared role where you work both in customer reception and as a technician in the workshop.

You are the link between the customer and the workshop and are responsible for ensuring that cases are handled correctly, efficiently, and professionally – from drop-off to completed vehicle.

Your tasks

Receive and assist customers during workshop visits

Book jobs, provide price information, and follow up on cases

Perform calculations in Cabas

Handle warranty cases

Perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs in the workshop

Active customer care and follow-up

We are looking for someone who

Has experience as a technician, customer receptionist, or similar

It is a merit to be able to work in Cabas

Has experience in warranty handling

Is structured, responsible, and service-oriented

Has a B driver's license

Experience from a brand workshop is an advantage.
