About the position

As CEO of Värends Miljö, you will have a unique opportunity to take responsibility for an organization with a strong brand, a recognized high service spirit, and an unwavering commitment to quality in all deliveries. In this key role, you will have overall responsibility for leading and further developing the business, where the focus is on creating conditions for business development, efficiency, and long-term profitability together with the organization. Your task will be to set clear goals and requirements for the organization together with the management while ensuring that the company continues to deliver the highest quality to its customers.

You will play a central role in the company's continued development, where you will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategic decisions while further developing processes and routines in line with the company's growth. Through clear divisions of responsibility and effective routines, you will ensure that the business delivers the highest quality at every step. Furthermore, you will also be actively engaged in customer relationships and business development and, of course, represent the company externally.

You are used to leading through others and have a clear, inclusive, and coaching leadership style. As a person, you are humble, secure, and have a strong inner drive.
