Hotel Lappland is expanding and is now looking for a receptionist who loves to share themselves!

We are currently on the lookout for a very special receptionist who can contribute to the fantastic atmosphere created by the hotel's refurbishment. Working as a receptionist with us is fast-paced, exciting, versatile, and at times intense. As a receptionist, you are at the center of events and have contact with many people every day. This requires a special person!

On a concrete level, the work in our reception involves checking guests in and out, making bookings, answering questions over the phone and email, and keeping the reception and hotel lobby tidy and presentable. As a receptionist, you also act as a link between the hotel's various departments, which requires good organizational and communication skills.

On another level, the reception work is about creating a genuine connection with our hotel guests. We want every potential guest who contacts the hotel to feel professionally welcomed and taken care of. Our task is - from the first to the last contact - to ensure that our guests receive the best hotel service they have ever had.

The person we are looking for does not necessarily need to have prior experience in reception work (although knowledge of the booking program Picasso is a plus), but should have the willingness to learn, drive, and the ability to share themselves! We want a future receptionist to be fearless and forward-thinking - and to have the ability to make every guest feel special.

Our reception is open 24/7, and you who are applying for the position should be prepared to work when many others are off - this may involve late evenings, weekends, and even night shifts.

We have the opportunity to arrange staff accommodation and tailor an employment based on your specific needs.

The position is 75% permanent, but there is a chance for 100%.
