About the Role and Your Responsibilities

All tasks related to waste management such as:

Collection of waste using various types of refuse collection vehicles, container trucks, and crane trucks.
Emptying grease separators and individual sewage systems with sludge vehicles.
Collecting waste from households and businesses with a van and delivering bins and other consumables to our customers.
Planning your daily work shift in a way that ensures the work is performed with a focus on customer satisfaction, business development, and quality.

Part of our operations works on Saturdays according to a fixed schedule.

We Are Looking For You

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and in collaboration with others. You like to perform your work in an organized manner. It is natural for you to be flexible and have the ability to reorganize your work according to changing business needs. It is a prerequisite that you enjoy being active as this is a physically demanding job.

To be eligible for the position of waste management worker with us, you have the following:

Category C driver's license and professional competence-based training (YKB).
Digital tachograph card.
Ability to easily navigate to various geographical destinations using a vehicle computer.
Good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form.

It is an advantage if you have wheel loader certification, forklift certification, and crane operator certification for over 18 ton meters. We also prefer that you have previous experience in the waste management industry, as well as local knowledge of Lund Municipality.
