For security-classified customers in Stockholm, we are now looking for a flexible team leader in cleaning services. We prefer that you have previously worked as a team leader and are used to working independently. Are you an engaged and positive person who wants to help deliver world-class service? About the Role
Here is a full-time position for you who enjoys varied tasks. We are looking for someone who can strengthen the team with experience and knowledge in cleaning services.
As a Team Leader, you and your colleagues play an important role in being responsible for the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You primarily work with cleaning the customer's premises.
The position is full-time and is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months. The location for the position is Stockholm.

Who Are We Looking For?
You need to have previous experience in cleaning and floor care. We prefer that you are interested in developing and can grow within the team as a Team Leader.
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of a corporate representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are responsive to the customer's needs. You easily create good relationships with both customers and employees. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups.
Since a large part of the work is conducted within authorities responsible for Sweden's defense, you must undergo a security check according to the Security Protection Act and hold Swedish citizenship. You also need to understand, speak, and read Swedish.
