JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work in our operations largely involves helping and supporting other people in various ways. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is responsible, has a good ability to create good relationships, and an empathetic approach. You are proactive and engaged, can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, but also enjoy working together with the team to achieve set goals.

The work also requires that you can document and absorb written information and routines effectively. Therefore, you need to be good at communicating in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Working in home care means providing support and assistance to people who want to stay at home, even though they may not be able to handle all chores or manage their own care independently. The need for help is very individual and can range from short visits to ensure that everything is fine, to providing support with all daily activities from getting up in the morning to going to bed at night and everything in between.

At our special accommodation (SÄBO) Bompabacken, the tasks are varied and can look a bit different, but the most common tasks are to help our residents with personal care, assistance during meal situations, and social interaction.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the individual needs and wishes of the customer
• If necessary, assist with serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Documenting and working based on decided interventions
• Collaborating with external and internal contacts such as relatives, residents, users, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have relevant education or experience that matches the operation you are applying for, or that you are studying in one of the areas relevant to the position.

For those who lack relevant education or experience, we see no hindrance, but we place great importance on personal suitability and will ensure that you receive a good introduction so that you can manage the job.

To work in home care, a B driver's license is required, and you must be at least 18 years old.

The temporary positions are during the regular staff's vacation period, June-August, but the length may vary depending on needs. Working hours include days and evenings every day of the week.

We are also looking for staff who want to work nights at Bompabacken.
