Warehouse and Goods Receiver

Responsibilities

As a warehouse and goods receiver, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring incoming and outgoing goods
• Receiving goods and conducting arrival inspections of consumables and project-specific materials for manufacturing and assembly in electrical and mechanical fields
• Handling and administration of delivery discrepancies
• Direct contact with suppliers
• Providing production with materials
• The role involves both practical work and administrative tasks, requiring good structure and organizational skills.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in goods and warehouse work who enjoys a role with variety and responsibility.

As a person, we would like you to be:

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and structured
• Service-minded with a natural focus on quality
• Independent and proactive
• Interested in technology (preferable but not required)
• Since the position includes administrative tasks, we prefer candidates with good computer skills.

We place great importance on personal suitability, especially your ability to collaborate, flexibility, and communication skills.

You will work with both national and international customers and suppliers – therefore, good knowledge of Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

Requirements

• B1 counterbalance forklift license
• Driving license B

Preferred

• A2–4 forklift license
• B3 reach truck
• C2 wheel loader
• D2 terminal tractor
• Experience working with business systems and MPS (we use Monitor)
