We are currently looking for a machine operator on behalf of our client who wants to work in a modern industrial environment focusing on stamping machines and high-paced production. The assignment is through Processbemanning with good opportunities for development for the right person.

About the position You will work in a production facility that offers modern machines and the manufacturing of gaskets, seals, and stamped components through the conversion of raw materials using automated stamping and assembly. The production is flexible and efficient, handling both short and long series.

Your tasks will include machine operation, tool setting, quality assurance, measurement, monitoring of stamping machines, inspection, and simple machine adjustments. There may also be packaging and some forklift driving involved.

Who are you?

We prefer that you are proactive, driven, and have a positive attitude towards your work. You have good teamwork skills and are used to working in a team.

Working hours: Daytime from 07:00 to 15:45, but may eventually become two shifts.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has industrial experience, technical interest, or vocational training

• Is meticulous and quality-conscious

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Has a good understanding of safety

• Has forklift license A1-4, B1-4 and experience in forklift driving

• Has a driver's license and a car

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Has good computer skills

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in stamping

• Experience in the automotive industry

• Knowledge of Lean, 5S
