Machine Operator in Chemical Polishing for Exciting Assignment

We at Randstad are now looking for a driven and versatile machine operator for an upcoming need at one of our clients. We are looking for someone who is motivated, meticulous, and unpretentious. The work takes place in a small team that works closely together to keep the operations running, which requires you to be a team player who is willing to lend a helping hand where needed. The role primarily involves handling the polishing of metal through chemical baths, but you are also expected to ensure that production runs smoothly, handle loading and unloading with a forklift, and perform some administrative tasks.

To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable working towards common goals and appreciate a varied workday. The idea with this assignment is that it starts as a rental through Randstad, and then transitions to a direct employment with the client company.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, from 07:00 to 16:00.

Responsibilities

Operator work focusing on polishing via chemical baths.
Ensure that the production flow operates optimally.
Loading and unloading of materials using a forklift.
Light administrative work related to production.
Assist in other areas of the business as needed.

Qualifications

Forklift license (A+B).
Experience in industrial work is advantageous, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal suitability.
Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Able to work both independently and in a close team.
