What does the role entail?

In the role of Airport Officer, you will work with check-in at the airport by checking in both passengers and luggage. Over time, you will receive training to work in the security control, checking passengers and their luggage before departure.

In this role, you will have a varied day-to-day experience where you will also contribute to other tasks, such as cleaning the premises, assisting travelers with special needs to and from the aircraft, and handling lost property and baggage.

The position is 100% and involves shift work with varying hours between approximately 04:30 and 24:00, which means you need to be able to get to and from the airport at irregular hours, including weekends.

Who are you? We see that you have:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Completed high school education

  • Previous experience working in service

As a person, you enjoy working in a team, have good collaboration skills, and can remain calm even in stressful situations. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and take responsibility for finding practical solutions when problems arise.
