About us:

Sterisol AB is a leading player in the manufacturing of skincare products for the healthcare and industrial sectors. We are an innovative and sustainable company with a strong forward-thinking spirit. As a machine operator with us, you will be an important part of our production, where quality and efficiency are in focus. We currently have 40 employees, and all manufacturing takes place locally in Vadstena.

Your responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the operation and monitoring of production machines
• Ensure that production meets our quality requirements and safety regulations
• Participate in continuous improvements of production processes, focusing on Lean work
• Collaborate closely with the production team and other departments to optimize production

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a machine operator, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Is technically interested and has a good understanding of machines and production equipment
• Is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong focus on quality and safety
• Is flexible and has the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is inspired by working in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift license and shift experience are advantageous
• Good computer skills and experience with business systems are advantageous
