Seasonal Staff - Head Waiter at Hotel Skansen

We are now looking for a head waiter for the summer season who wants to help lead the daily operations in our restaurant at Hotel Skansen Öland.

About the position

We are looking for someone who wants a job with responsibility and variety.

Your main tasks will be to serve food and drinks and ensure that the daily operations in the restaurant run smoothly.

You will be a supportive and present hand to our restaurant manager. When the restaurant manager is off, you will be the responsible supervisor, which means that you:

• Lead and distribute work in the restaurant
• Ensure high service and good hospitality
• Handle stressful situations and unforeseen events
• Be a reliable point for both guests and colleagues

The position is 86%, about 35 hours/week.

Flexible start but preferably from May 1 to September 30, with a chance for fewer hours for those who can and want.

A driver's license is required to get to and from work as public transport is limited, or you should live nearby.
