Are you ready for an exciting journey with an innovative company at the forefront? ESBE is in an expansive phase and we are now looking for a skilled CNC operator who wants to be part of our new large machine investment in our production in Reftele.

 Your main responsibilities:

As a CNC operator in our modern transfer, you play a central role in our new investment. You will be responsible for manufacturing components according to work orders and ensuring that the transfer is correctly set up to ensure the highest quality. Your tasks include:

  • producing components according to work orders, routines, and specifications

  • setting up machines, monitoring the process, and measuring the finished parts

  • creating programs for machines for new articles in collaboration with production technicians

  • ensuring production of the right quality and on time

  • performing continuous maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools.

  • continuously participating in improvement work within component manufacturing.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • completed high school studies in technology or industry

  • at least a green certificate in CNC, cutting processing

  • experience in operating and setting CNC-controlled machines

  • good ability to work both independently and in a team

  • knowledge in reading drawings and measurement technology

  • good computer skills

We want you to have a passion for technology and machines and enjoy being part of a team. Experience in turning and milling, as well as working with processing technology, is an advantage. You need to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing to follow instructions and work orders.
